If, after submitting your information, you received the on-screen confirmation, "Your application for opening a new account has been received", but you did not receive an email confirmation after a period of time, please check to see whether your email settings are blocking it:
Add "@okcoin.jp" to your list of safe senders and domains*.
*Each email provider has different ways of doing this, so please refer to your provider for those instructions.
Other possible culprits:
(1) Marked as spam
Check your spam settings or junk folder.
*On Gmail, check your "Promotions" tab as well.
(2) Blocked email settings
If your email is set up to reject emails automatically, you may not be able to receive our emails. You can cancel this security setting or add "@okcoin.jp" to your list of safe senders and domains.
Note: even if you have not set up an automatic email rejection, the setting may have been preset by your provider or contract carrier so as to block suspicious e-mails.
(3) You're not online or have a low signal.
Check that your signal is good and that your device is not set to "Airplane mode".
(4) Full inbox
Ensure that there is enough free space* in your email.
