If you changed your mobile or phone number and lost access to the 2FA, please contact our Customer Support team through the Inquiry form, they will disable your 2FA temporarily once your identification is verified.

Please fill out the form with the required information and send out to our Support team.
You will receive a notification email when the Support team had confirmed the documents and disabled
your Google Authentication.
