If there is an error with the real time verification app code, there is a possibility that one of the following has occured;
1. The passcode is not the latest.
The passcode is updated from time to time.
Close and reopen the Google Authenticator on your smartphone and enter the updated code.
2. Smartphone time settings.
When using a two factor authentication app, its possible the terminal (Smartphone/Tablet)`s time settings made need to be setup.
Please confirm if the time settings has not been set up.
