If you are not able to receive the notice of account opening due to absence or any other reason, please check the Delivery Notice.
Please note that if the postcard that has passed the 7-day storage period at the post office will be returned to us.
Once we have confirmed the return, we will send an e-mail to inform you of the return of the postcard.
Please check the information in the email and submit a request for resending.
*Notice of completion of account opening is sent by registered mail (cannot be forwarded) to confirm the customer's residence. Please note that we will not send the notice to addresses other than your registered address.
