Document for bank account confirmation
Pre registration is mandatory for JPY withdrawal, please upload your bank account details as the following instructions.
■Document
・Cash card (※）
・Bank book's information page
・Screenshot of Internet banking's account information page
※If required information is on both sides of a card, Please Upload photos on both sides of a card .
■Required information for the documents to be uploaded
Please include information in your ducument as below
・bank name
・branch name(branch code)
・account name
・account number
※Please double confirm whether your bank account name was registered in Katakana or Alphabets.
※For business account please use short form of Katakana（カ（ユ .
Caution:
※Please use a bank account that is the same name as registered user name.
※Please upload the documents. File size must be smaller than 10MB and in JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or PDF format.

Guideline for input bank details
If you are using Japan Post bank or have an account number under 7 digits, please modify it by following instructions below.
■JP bank user
The account number field is 7 digits only, you can find how to adjust it in the link.

■Bank account less than 7 digits
Add [0] in front until 7 digits. Ex. account No. 12345 -> 0012345
