In the event of a sudden change in the market, there is a possibility that there will be a large discrepancy between the trading price assumed by the customer at the time of the order and the actual execution price, and therefore orders and trading may be suspended or resumed at the discretion of the Company.
A circuit breaker system has been introduced as a measure to prevent sudden changes in trading prices.
The circuit breaker rules are as follows.
|When the transaction price falls below the daily limit of increase or decrease
|Increase or Decrease Limit
|50% increase or decrease in standard prices
Circuit Breaker Price
|Market price before 10 cents (based on prices from multiple companies)
New orders during the break: Limit orders Available
Cancellation of remaining orders: Available
|Call auction to reopen the transaction after the break time
