If you could not log in to your account, please send us your requirements via the inquiry form.
Our customer support would send you an email, and you could reply to the email with an attachment of the ID Selfie.
①The photo needs to include your full face.
② Holding the original ID Document with one's hand.
③ Holding a note with the following elements:
・OKCoinJapan (オーケーコイン・ジャパン)
・Today's Date
・Your requirement (Example：Reset the password)
The note could be handwriting or you could use our template.
