There are several possible reasons that you're not receiving SMS. If none of the following suggestions help, please contact customer support via the inquiry form.
① Press the [Get Code] button again
Some carrier may not receive the SMS for a single press of the button,
please try again after 60 seconds.
② Check your signal strength
If you cannot pick up a signal, try moving to a different location and see if it improves. Also, you might want to try turning on Airplane mode once and then turning it off.
③ Check your spam settings
If you have set spam measures, you may not be able to receive SMS. Check whether SMS rejection is set.
If the setting blocks overseas carriers, you may not receive the SMS.
To modify your settings, contact your carrier.
④ Check your reject settings
If you've set your phone to reject numbers other than those in your contacts, you will not be able to receive our SMS. Check your settings and adjust accordingly.
